Ctrl-Shift-F3 at "Use Express Settings" / "Customize" Screen

or

sysprep.exe /audit /reboot

copy unattend.xml file to C:\Windows\System32\Sysprep
check path for source file of installation in xml file (E:/sources/install.wim)
Then run sysprep as follows:

sysprep.exe /generalize /oobe /shutdown

Then create  image file of disk and you are done.
